MOST EFFECTIVE WAY TO DEAL WITH SEXUAL ISSUES
I have to say that I have found the pathway which God has tought me to live free from the bondage of lust and given me the spiritual weapons to fight off temptaions to lust.I read the book Every Man's Battle and I thought that it did a great job at bringing up the issues of lust and masturbation and other sexual struggles in a blunt and honest way, but the methods suggested for fighting lust seemed to be so passive and ineffective in the long run.Sure I could bounce my eyes all day long, but I would end up more frusterated that God had created me with this attraction to notice women but I could never enjoy this part of me.Not only that, when I would look at a girl and bounce my eyes I would just end up thinking of a pornographic image in my mind or of a previous sexual encounter with no real way to get away from that.This is where LFL (actually Jesus through LFL) has made the difference.
