As a new mother with a daughter who has MSPI, I was thrilled to find this cookbook.In order to continue nursing, I knew my diet would have to change and was overwhelmed with how I should go about this dietary change. This cookbook was extremely helpful especially with the "Ingredients to Avoid" and the "Product List" sections.I noticed that the individual with the negative comments, complained about the "Product List" not being accurate. I NEVER had a problem as long as I stuck with the specific product Mrs Wise listed.As a new mother, who continues to be sleep deprived, struggling with this "new" life of motherhood & nursing, and concern with my daughter's MSPI, I was thrilled to find some easy recipes that I could throw together which my picky husband thoroughly enjoys. Mrs Wise I would like to extend my thanks to you from my entire family.

Best Cookbook out there for MSPI
Great recipes!My son has MSPI and it has been a real struggle these past few months to cook for me and my family.Thanks to this cookbook, meal planning is MUCH easier!This cookbook is extremely thorough (with tons of recipes), and my entire family loves my cooking now.Plus, my son hasn't had a reaction in weeks!
