Helpful, informative.Must buy!
I checked this book out from my local library and was glued to it for the full three weeks.I copied down many of the recipes and use them often.Now I realize that I must own a copy!The information in this book is too important to my family; we need it as a reference tool.I have been studying nutrition and health for years but learned more from this book than anywhere else.

This book is truly a gift to share with others. Just like my new beverage of choice that replaced my morning brew. Its called s oyfee and taste so wonderful with no caffeine or acids. Organic and made from soya! Bye bye acid stomach and hello healthy tummy! Google it under "acid free coffee"

a must in every modern natural healer's desk!
a wonderful and scientific tests that was made in the field of antioxidant-nutrition, and that all packed together to a well updated and interesting book, on the very important subject of antioxidants.i havefound this book a very easy to follow,(for a simple, and the pro),and it istalking about the biochemical uniqueneses of each antioxidant, as well asthe amounts that you can find in the foods, and the amounts that should beadded in specific diseases.a lot of researchers experiments from around theworld are giving their resoults that are all collected and explained in anextraordinary-interesting way.in a contrary to the book:the antioxidantsmiracle, by lester- packer (that i also gave my recommandation),this bookis having a more orthomolecular-approach in suplementing withantioxidants.they are both very informative. ... nutrition superbook:the good fats and oils
attention!,all fat-fighters,and health seekers.we need fats, it is a body's need,but this book is telling you what kind rather then just how much,and this book is telling you both things in a very simple yet deeper understanding of all the fats-kinds,molecular-shapes(that isunderstandable), and the actions and functions in the body, together withthe right foods and the contents in those foods.there is also a sectionthat tells you the reader about the diseases that those valuble fats areable to heal, and the book described them from the most leading reserchersfrom around the world. the only thing that maked me sad about this book isthat if the knoledge that is represented in that book was published alltogether years before,then a lot of grief could be prevented. thank god wehave that book. what about you? ... The book is good in that it tells you what Milk Thistle can do and what health problems it can remedy but there are no dosages so it's really worthless to me, because that's why I bought it. ... Read more
