Great information, interesting read...
I finally understand after reading this how all the organs in my digestive system work.And it's not as gross as you might think.It's interesting to read how different foods and drugs you ingest each affect each organ differently, as well as potentially causing pain to those who are sensitive, or who have different conditions.A must read for those with persistent IBS, heartburn, gas, or other digestive issues.

Practical Steps to Improve Your Health
I have been under a doctor's care for an ulcer for over 6 months.Perscription drugs to control acid production were helpful but I developed a sensitivity to the medicine.I have been following the diet in this bookfor a month and am pain-free!The best part about the author's recommendations is that he includes recipes that provide specificguidelines for what to eat.AND, the food actually tastes good!

Very informative
For those of us suffering from both known and unknown stomach maladies (in my case the wonderful catchall dyspepsia, for which there is no cure -- see this book to have that driven home in full force!) The Ulcer Story is highly informative. Although it is written in quite a professional tone -- no layperson here -- still, I believe anyone can understand it and benefit from the many detailed descriptions of treatments, as well as the photographs. A must for your reference library if your have an ulcer!
Stop looking.This book is a one stop guide that will enable you to understand what your body is doing in those places you can't see, but you KNOW they are there.I believe every doctor should update their ulcer related knowledge by reading this book."The Ulcer Story" is written in an easy to digest manner, so don't hesitate in finding out about YOUR stomach.
