Save your money
This book does not tell you how to eliminate back and neck pain, it tells how good the author is and why you should see a chiropractor. The book fills with his patients' great testimonies,and chiropractic philosophy.Half of the book is under the Bonus Health Section which is a waste of time.Even the author advises you not toread if you know all you want to know by this time!

Very Inspiring, Get Healthy Naturally!
As a patient of Dr Barretts, I read his first book, Daire to Break Through the Pain and loved it. It has helped me to change the way I view my health and subsequently has helped me to change my life. As some one who suffers from both severe allergies and sinus problems; as well as; cluster headaches through both Dr Barrett's treatments and writings the problems have been improved greatly.
