Good asthma info, but unnecessary political commentary
This book contains a lot of useful and interesting information on asthma.The vast majority of it is well-written and easy-to-understand.Readers who are not scientifically-inclined should skip over the section on the anatomy and physiology of the human immune response.Anyone with a good foundation of and interest in biology and the health sciences could follow it, but it is probably too technical for the average lay reader. Unique presentation
When I purchased How To Overcome Snoring, I thought I would have the answer after reading the book.Unfortunately, I still do not know how to overcome snoring.Many quotes from many different authors are used throughout the book. Dr. Boulware mentions muscle training for treatment, however, with no details, one cannot overcome snoring. Many different treatment suggestions were offered- the same ones offered in every other snoring book that have a very low success rate. The author did talk about attitude and warm fuzzies, etc. These are great ideas that everyone can benefit from.However, they did not tell me how to overcome snoring. ... Read more
