One-Handed in a Two-Handed World
Very helpful--my 33 year old son had a stroke and this guide gave him more information how to do things with one hand.Also, shared this with his Occupational Therapist and she was very impressed.

Excellent explanation and recommendations for relief
As a certified massage therapist, I work on many people with this "CRS." The authors' suggestions for exercise are what I've seen recommended by the physical therapist I work with, and I've seen results.Of course, massage is very beneficial, and I was glad to see it was alsorecommended to provide some pain relief.The only way to truly beat thechronic pain cycle is through good posture and strengthening/stretching,and the authors do a good job of providing effective, easy to performexercises. There is a way to gain relief from this chronic problem...it mayrequire a little work on the part of the sufferer, but follow thesuggestions given in the book, and you may soon be pain free.I've seen itwork.I plan on giving this book to all my favorite clients for Christmas. ... Double Crush Syndrome
I came across Double Crush Syndrome (DCS) while preparing for a lecture. I had read ~30 primary sources, key articles, and I was well aware of the literature, issues, and controversies.I therefore was shocked when I read DCS. 1) Some topics, CTS or TTS, were OK but in no way compare in quality or PRICE to standards like Entrapment Neuropathies by Dawson, et al ($25! used/new ).2) The cherry picking and biased presentation of the literature to support the authors view is troubling. 3) Regarding the statistics & analysis, well as Mark Twain said "3 kinds of lies: lies, dam lies, & statistics".In conclusion, I had to buy this for a lecture, but NO ONE else needs to buy this! ...
