Two Thumbs Up!!
I work in a small office, and let's just say that my boss is never going to win "Mr. Congeniality"!!Although he is quick to criticize, I rarely receive credit for my work.I am forced to nod and grin like an idiot while he babbles on incessantly about nothing.I know that sounds like a receipe for happiness, but I believe I had some unresolved anger, frustration and resentment.I cannot afford therapy (as I am also blessed with crappy insurance).So after having incredible success with some of Ms. Decker's other hypnosis discs, I gave this one a try.Once again, the results have surpassed my expectations, and it is not an exageration to say that this CD has saved my job (and possibly my life since my surpressed anger used to manifest itself as road rage)!! This is an easy to read step by step book for people looking to awaken their intuition and for those looking to center themselves in a hectic world. Entertaining & thought provoking
I think I expected an audio book and was pleasantly surprised with the guided visualizations, hypnosis session, as well as comments from Sylvia in her raspy voice.I wish each of the CD's were labelled with their focus (so I did it myself).I have never seen her on TV, but picked up The Other Side & Back from the library.It made me want to read more.There seem to be many of the same stories in each of the books, but I do love the positive focus and thought provoking descriptions of life & "home". ... MUST HAVE FOR A WONDERFUL BIRTHING EXPERIENCE
Most books for expecting mothers are fear based, such as "What to expect when you're expecting."Not so with this book.I used this "HypnoBirthing" book and the hypnobirthing technique for my first birth and had a fun, wonderful and pain-free experience.The book contains both the history of and techniques for a better birthing experience. I recommend this book to everyone. If you can find a hypnobirthing instructor in your area, to go along with the book, all the better.

Read her other Hypnobirthing book instead
Many of you mentioned that this book is meant to be a companion to the Hypnobirthing class and b/c of that you felt you were missing information.... The book that is more comprehensive is _Hypnobirthing: The Mongan Method_. It does explain things more fully with diagrams, etc. Check out that one and the user reviews there. It's really helpful.

There are much better ways to spend the time in your life
I am not inclined to read self-help books, but out of respect for the person who gave me this book I started to read it. After 100 pages I was gripped with a negative thought I could not shake, and that was that I would spend more time out of my valuable life reading this book.

I bought this book many years ago before it became popular and liked it very much.I have given it to several friends and family members who had cancer and they all said it made them feel much better about their situation and themselves. Surprised me
I didn't know until this CD that I didn't think I deserved money.When Glenn talked about being comfortable with money and deserving it, I started getting anxious.This was a real surprise to me.He's really great at what he does.I highly recommend his CDs.

Effective and relaxing way to overcome your abundance issues.
The multilayered therapeutic audible suggestions in Glenn's deep, resonating voice, the post hypnotic subliminal suggestions, and the perfectly timed music all provide a fast, effective means of relaxing you physically and mentally. This allows for the breaking up of any blocks you have centered around the issues of abundance, success, and wealth potential. I could feel an attitude shift and a psychological millstone removal after just one listen to both segments and these feelings only increase with each use. Highly recommended to anyone with similar issues.

It's difficult to give enough praise to what Stephen R. Covey does.I love reading his books and almost anyone will benefit from browsing through the different stories about how people had the courage to face their problems and change by engaging in positive behavior.To state the obvious, 'Living the 7 Habits' is an inspiring read.I would urge a bit of caution, however, in that the laboratory of the real world may not cooperate much with a person living the seven habits.On the other hand, Covey never says it's easy and he at least indirectly reminds the reader that incorporating the seven habits into one's life is an enormous amount of work.

Useful and Fun but Not Mandatory
I liked this tape series.Robert Moss is no stuffy pedant and keeps the listener informed and entertained with his engaging personal style.The information presented is valid and useful but I wish they would make a CD version so you can go back to whatever bits you're most interested in more quickly.

Great Ideas
Zig Ziglar definately gives alot of thoughts and ideas in the book. Some of the things he said, really hit home to me and I felt I could really apply what he was talking about.
so what if hes christian?
a very ignorant thing to do would be to exclude everything he has to say because he would cite the bible or jesuses teachings.given alot of people are christian, alot of people dont mind.i myself am not christian, im a setian, however it doesnt mean that even when he cites the bible, what he has to say isnt valid or doesnt hold water.

I bought this years ago off Amazon, listened to it and thought it was just OK.
As always, Eckhart's work is wonderful!!!
You will not only feel your own presence but that of Eckhart's. This man's energy alone shifts you into your own being. Not the best presentation of Eckhart's ideas
I bought the "Power of Now" a few months ago and, of course, Amazon[.com] made note of it in their database. But that's a GOOD thing because they recently notified me about Eckhart Tolle's new offerings: "The Realization of Being" - and - "Even the Sun Will Die"

ericksonian approaches- fantastic book
if your a student of hypnotherapy, nlp or wanting to know more, this book is a must.it explains things well and in simple language.

Comprehensive, worthwhile totally, wouldn't hesitate to buy again if I had to!
I paid �39.99 for this book, I'm a total novice having been studying NLP and hypnosis over 14hrs a day for the last two months (yeah I redirected a compulsive behaviour ;) ).

One of Eckhart's best
This was the first audio I ever heard of Eckhart, back in 2004 I believe. Since then I have heard a lot of it, and I value it more highly than his books. "Something shines through the words" he says, and indeed it does. I remember being quite surprised at how deep and resonant his voice is the first few times I heard this. Anyway, this is an excerpted recording of what appears to be one workshop in which the subject of human pain/pain body came up and it is very good. If you have suffered a lot of stress, traumas, injury or you just feel less than good a lot of the time, it is likely that you could benefit greatly from Eckhart's revolutionary insights into human emotional suffering. I say revolutionary because in all the spiritual teachings and respected teachers I have explored, I have never seen anything addressing the topic of past pain that lives within us, and more importantly how to deal with it. Really, what makes this audio exceptional is the delicate balance he strikes between discussing this pain and discussing what could be considered more positive aspects of the teaching he offers, like how nature celebrates life-and we are returning to that state, how the pain body becomes our greatest ally, and itself turns into intense aliveness and vitality when freed, and the joy that we can feel as the "inner body". The third disc adresses the dissolving of karma (evidently karma and pain body are nearly the same thing)and contains a q&a session regarding children's pain bodies, pain bodies in relationships, bringing consciousness into work environments, and dealing with the pain of great loss
Excellent clues for expelling our personal demons
This set of CDs talks about how the lack of being present-to-life shows up in our personal lives.I have been working on personal growth work for years and I have listened to dozens of authors.This one CD is packed with clues about where I can become more conscious and improve my experience in life.Anyone truly interested in personal introspection and willing to confront the negative aspects of their life will find this to be an excellent self-help tool.

Why is there a need for Tolle to continually say more
Having read some of the reviews and ideas I am afraid I have to agree about the way Tolle is marketing himself. He says that on enlightenment 80 % of his thought processes disappeared. He is a lovely and simple and inspiring guy and I have sent copies of his book to many people, and the CD Even the Sun will Die, but I would love to know why he feels this need to keep saying the same thing over and over and use his enlightenment like so many others to make a buck or two. Good product for relaxing or possibly meditation
I like this product - relaxing tones that i enjoy listening to.I don't like a driven 'pace' with meditation, so i don't use it for that (has drum beat), but i find it very enjoyable to listen to - more so than most of the relaxation CD's i have (and also first thing in the morning - can listen to it without it filling my thoughts with lyrics or tunes).
A Spiritual Place
This unusual music led me to a calming, spiritual place where it was easy to meditate deeply.Caroline Myss' writtenguidance blends beautifully with the haunting sounds of Stevin McNamara.

Good for the novice but . . .
if you are a moderately experienced psychic (or more), this set contains no new information.The experienced psychic already knows self-protection as Edward describes it, as well as cleaning buildings/areas. If you are comfortable and used to working with your psychic abilities, the second disc also holds nothing new.
Very cool
This is a good introduction into your psychic powers. I thought the strong point was the meditations, they were really great ( I wish there was more). Overall, it was very informative and interesting at the same time.

This book combined with �Psychic Gifts� can change your Life
I really liked this book. I am an avid reader and would recommend adding this book to your must read list.
