Health & Fitness in Plain English
I highly recommend this book. Overused statement, but the myths revealed in this book, along with the absolute TRUTH about the human body, care and feeding, have been very useful for me. Suffering back problems put a cramp in my lifestyle to say the least.I searched everywhere for the answers and they were here. So many things we do to our backs that we think are OK, or are healthy are NOT!I was going to therapy 3-5 times weekly with no relief until I started practicing some of the good Dr's remedies. A MUST READ.
