This book is everything it is said to be. To know that there is an answer to ED other than the new ed pills should be talked about on the local news. To think that I overcame several years of ED with the help of simple supplements that can be found in an advanced multi-vitamin(and I don't mean a bunch of herbs). I've only been following the advice in this book for a couple of weeks and can tell you that this is the answer. For the first time in my life I feel positive about finding a wife without having ED hanging over the relationship like a dark cloud. read this book together
This book is written by a husband and wife who continue to experience permanent impotence as a result of prostate cancer sugery.The book is structured like a "diary" with dated entires over a several-year period written separately by both husband and wife who are honest about their fears, disappointments and frustrations.It does not dwell on the surgery itself, but focuses on the post-surgical successes and disappointments as they try to engage in sexual relations using various options.It focuses on the loving relationship between the spouses, but it is also realistic about sexual needs -- from both partners' perspectives.
Great Book
This is a great book on the subject of impotence. I am an 8 year Prostate Cancer survivor and this book tells it like it is. Virginia and Keith are to be commended for sharing the intimate details of their recovery.
I've Found Real Hope After 14 Years
14 years after my husband's first diagnosis of prostate cancer I learned several facts in this book, but, most important, for the first time it has made me begin to believe that things CAN be different for us if we both choose to work at it.Read more

Great book - get it.
I've read this book.It was an easy and straight-forward read.I liked the information it gave regarding testosterone injections.It would be most helpful if doctors started updating their knowledge on Male Hormone Therapy.Since reading this book and taking the natural supplement "THOR-Plex," I have been so much better off...I plan to buy a few other books on the subject here at Amazon and read up some more on this fascinating subject.

With conventional medicine so bent on testosterone as the "bad guy", bringing declining hormone levels back to healthy levels makes sense.Women have hormone imbalance from estrogen dominance and lack of progesterone production - are we guys exempt?I especially enjoy Dr. Wright's emphasis on natural testosterone supplementation at normal psysiological levels instead of synthetic testosterone at much higher doses with all the side effects.And he has the studies to back him up.Once one understands that pharmaceutical companies cannot patent natural products, then it makes sense why many doctors are not educated in using natural products when appropiate.Dr. Wright's work is timely, relavent, and a fun read.I highly recommend it to any man over 40.

Interesting but without specifics
I found this to be an interesting book on a subject all too frequently overlooked or bypassed as unimportant.The book gives anexcellent overview of concepts, but falls short in recommending any sort of program to improve testosterone levels.Excercise, programs to minimize the effect of SBH, blocking testerone to estrogene conversion etc were touched on but no specifics given. ... Helping others
I read this book to assist a friend that is trying to deal with his ED issues. He is single. I think that this book had addressed issues that are faced by married men as well as single men. I would like to see more books on this topic as it relates to single men because I believe that many single men believe that this limits their ability to have a fulfilling relationship with the opposite sex.

A book for any couple
My wife and I are in our 70s with children and grand-children. We have had a very happy marriage, but did not really talk alot about our sex life together. I had surgery 18 months ago for prostate cancer and afterwards experienced impotency. This book was immensely helpful in working through this problem. We read sections together and felt that we could have used it years ago. We have better communication now than we ever did.

A book that teaches the average man about the perils of Viagra and how these can be avoided by using only natural methods. The book explains why Viagra is dangerous to some people and offers a natural and clean alternative for a healthy erection and sex life. A good book but with gaps in structure, i found out that "Volume II - Natural Penis Enlargement: New methods of avoiding and curing impotence, premature ejaculation, and erectile dysfunction safely and inexpensively. ... Too holistic with recommendations for dangerous herbs!
When a man pays $300 for a consultation with me, I want to be 100% sure that leaving my office his problem will be solved. Dr. Bonnard discusses almost every single way out there which MAY help in one or another way to improve your overall health. However, his approach is too general and he is only scratching on the surface of each topic such as acupuncture, homeopathy, aromatherapy, etc. As a medical doctor, I believe and use only proven and used in the entire world ways to treat erectile dysfunction. Aromatherapy or any other holistic discipline may have some beneficial effect on one's health but this is NOT proven by the medicine.

This is a book that tries to view erectile disorders though the eye of an eminent scientist dr Deborah Kathryn Hargis who agreed to share her experience with erectile disorder men with all the world. Detailed descriptions of her relationships litter this book, but the interesting part of the book is limited. Very disappointing
I thought this would be a helpful book about the challenges of ED from the female point-of-view, which would reassure women and offer concrete suggestions about how to work through this difficult issue with a husband or partner.Instead, it is a poorly-written (i.e., run-on sentences, incorrect grammar and repetitive and superfluous information) recounting of the author's experiences with several men with ED issues.And the ED issues were rather small portions of each chapter!The author spent the rest of the time recounting ad nauseum the many times these men complimented her intellect and beauty and providing detailed descriptions of their expensive homes and decorating taste.It began to read like little more than a valentine to herself.If you bother to get this book at all, skip the main portion of the book and go right to the Epilogue, which contains 18 summary points about ED.That is where what little "meat" there is in this book is contained (no pun intended).

Something to Keep on the Nightstand
Lamm and Couzens provide some useful information on the so-called "potency pill," which claims to address the physical causes of male impotence. The authors never discuss, however, the feelings of inadequacy that usually perpetuate the problem. Those suffering from performance anxiety should consult additional readings.

truly wonderful, inspiring, and life-changing book...
This book was a real eye-opener. Great Info for Cancer Patients FacingProstate Surgery
Dr. Shabsigh's book is an excellent source of information and a great comfort to someone diagnosed with prostate cancer and faced with a decision regarding treatment options. His book was recommended to me when I was considering radical prostate surgery to remove my newly diagnosed cancer. From my research it was clear that surgery was the best option for me but I was greatly concerned about the possibility of side effects from surgery that could interfere with the quality of my life. Reading Dr. Shabsigh's book gave me the reassurance and optimism to go forward with surgery.
